  Why is the store closed in the middle of the day? I came at 14:20 closed, back again at 14:30, 14:45 and 15:00. If you are going to be closed in the middle of the day you should change your hours and not waste your customers time...

  I used to take some stuffs from here: high end audio cables, headphone cable, speakers and home theatre screen. Their old store manager name David gave me good advice and product knowledge. Today I entered the store and the new store manager was busy playing game on his mobile phone whle ignoring me. I even bought a LP when he keeps playing his mobile game. Not a good service when you are selling high end audio equipment, man! You need to go to Japan and learn how they treat valuable customers.
