    the service section has rude and very lazy employees doing nothing (just playing on their phones). overpriced services. they said service will take 10 mins, but took 1 hour at the end.

    I brought in my broken iPhone which I had for just over a month and they told me to buy a new one without checking the inside of the phone. This place is ridiculous don't come here if you can

    Too expensive for charging an after sales service to their customer. So money oriented. I asked why my wifi always autimatically turned on, they sugested to check the ios setting and config bla bla bla.. just to made me in line to the queuing list. Its only a little problem but they ready to charge customer with price list for their aervice. Just fix it with google.

    This place is horrible. This is the 2nd issue I've had with this place. The first time I was servicing my iMac, and that's a whole other story. Why did I go back? because it's the closest place to my house here in Jakarta, traffic as any Jakartian would know is horrible. This time I brought my 1 month old 15" MacBook Pro 2017 because the trackpad is having issues. The store didn't even have 15" MacBook Pro 80W+ charger, they used a 13" one which could potentially DAMAGE my MacBook Pro. I called apple in Singapore and told em of the issue. An upper management came and spoke to me on the phone after 20-30 minutes and he had to speak to the customer service there through phone. In the end they couldn't even do a simple hardware test because the proper adapter wasn't there (and asked me why I didn't bring mine!!! well because you're apple service provide!!! you should have one!) Terrible experience. I'm going to QCD in mangga dua today or tomorrow, hopefully the experience is better.
