  Best Pilates Studio in Jakarta, trained by the well-educated and experience teachers (they're friendly too!) Most Importantly, I realise my body is changing inner and out (fitter and stronger) after couple of session of training. I personally enjoy private class compared to group for my own better understanding of the techniques and muscles activation that are important to apply during all of the movement, thus we can workout effectively, as we only have 55 minutes per session (so work hard and have fun!) However, I join the group classes (Mat & Spine Corrector) 2-3 times a week. I normally check on their website for the schedule. The studio is completed with the full Pilates equipment, from releasing-stretching-exercising. The facilities are complete too, especially also for those busy-people: Lockers, changing rooms, showers, towels, amenities, hairdryer-straightener, water, microwave etc. Comfy couch with TV to hang around is there too! So basically it's like home studio in a strategic location (mall in the city)!
