::I come early morning on weekdays, it was nice ambience. But in the last one month, it’s too crowded, have to queue to take a shower and use the hair dryer 🤦🏻♀️

::One of my favorite Fitness First box in town. This place has high ceiling so it doesnt give you a cramped suffocated feel as you do your workout. The trainers are all friendly and very approachable, the sales office is also ready to help you if you want to give your friend a 3 days free trial in the gym. Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) is the best time to enjoy a relaxed and less busy period, especially at 08.00 AM - 13.00 PM. The down side to this gym would be the free weight area is quite narrow (in comparison to senayan city box), in which made me have to wait for turns during busy hours (weekday evening). But in overall, I love this box (along with kemang village box) and will be a frequent visitor to here.

::Spacious gym with high ceiling. They have big aerobic studio, nice yoga studio and a cycling studio. Perfect if you like joining fitness classes in top of cardio and weight exercises. One of the gyms that still offer sauna and steam in Jakarta.
