  The place is very good and cozy, but despite being a new building, I have had problems with water leakage and flooding of my room with drainage water, so far I hope to repair the bathroom ceiling, where the leak of the drain.

  Trivium Terrace a good place u call home after a hard out @work.A place were theres 24 hrs security & nice environment to stay where my hubby stays there on the 20th level,there's a cafeteria & Indo Mart for your convient.Swimming pool & gym,1 disadvantage cos of e park around,there's a type of insects that won't bite but u have to be careful as if u wanna squash it u need to use tissue paper if not ,when it's secretion touches ur skin will hv burning & itchy sensations.But lucky the management will once awhile having fogging,but still it may intrudes your house sometimes.😃
