::Still the only large-sized supermarket around the area which supposed to relate to lower overall prices compared to supermarkets. However the gross floor area has been reduced to the decision to part the supermarket into cosmetic, mobile phone, clothes and a bakery owned by the same group.

::High pitch: Sell many products. But for delivery service is bad. Even customer service couldn’t keep in touch with driver. No information or confirmation about estimate delivery time. Everyone have their own schedule but how come they setup delivery time by themselves without consider customer’s availability time? Everyone is busy!! Not all customer have a whole day just to wait for delivery!! Please improve the delivery SOP!!
