::20 minute walk to the beach. Rooms and AC were awesome. Pool was perfect to hang in the sun all day!

::For the money you cant go wrong. its a bit dated, could do with an overall but then i guess the room rate would go up. perfect for back packers or anyone on a budget. staff are all very friendly.Breakfast is ok, large pool, convenience store right by the entrance and plenty of parking. just a couple of minutes walk to all the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. WARNING if travelling with kids. the bedroom floors are slippy and there are a lot of windows that Im sure are not safety glass.
