  One of the worse experience even. No wifi. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was very bad

  It is not worth it. The wifi is not working. The room is not very clean.

  It doesn't worth the price. BAD STAFF and bad attitude is a big no no. considering you sell a service in this business. Many stuff was broken. The water heater was broken probably due to cost saving. There's a telephone but nobody answered my mom's call. Don't get fooled by the first view. First impression you will see a luxury building. But inside the room you will find a cheap room motel.

  This place doesn't even deserve one star.. We booked 3 rooms in this hotel for a night (more like cheap motel). The room smell so bad.. muddy, rotten and just horrible stinky smells. The bed sheets and blankets were old, ripped, smeel damp and stainted. I asked for a change of Bed sheet because it had a blood stain on it... but the sheets they changed it to was the same condition as the previous one... :( The bathroom smells even worse than the room. The pipe in the sink was broken so the water leaks when you are using the sink. My mom even found some tiny worm behind the sink!! The towels and bath mat are dirty. Lastly there are ants crepping everywhere inside the room too. The free breakfast is meh... not many choices of food and drink (dont drink their water!! BYO). If you care about your health, please find a better place to stay if you are going to the safari! Ask them if you can take a look at the room before you booked it! Good luck!
