  Nice location near Grand Mall and nice staff, but they're the only positive points. The rooms are run down, room entry key card often failed, toilet overflowed, and management are too stingey to put on air conditioning in lobby so you get a sauna on every exit. Every room has its own mobile WiFi which functions poorly and requires charging more so than your smart phone!! How much time do they think guests have to charge every device all day long? Please sort it out. Use a router on each floor like eveyone else!

  The guests and employees smoked at the stairs. Breakfast only 1 dish menu.the room was worn off.large room but looked old.the main advantage of this hotel is location.exactly opposite thamrin city.but bear in mind the traffic congestion.you need to wait about 20 to 30minutes for your ride to get there. I booked thru zenrooms website which i should get a complimentary wifi modem but nothing was given.i only knew on the checked out time.

  The room is quite big. But bathroom is not clean enough. Breakfast, so so.

  Hotel room is spacious, but the overall cleanliness and service needs major improvement.
