::Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your staff (waiter). If im not mistaken his name is Rino, the guy who wears the glasses. He was like ignoring me and my friend, he didnt treats me well from the beginning. Its because i bought a piece of cake. And when i asked him "can i sit outside?" and he tried to find the reason for me to not stay there. And i remember how he gave me the cake seems like he give the food for pet. Please trainee him again and read the SOP and the last please teach him how to treat customer well. Best Regards, sisil

::Disappointed place. It is really embrassing place. It is not 'kid friendly'. Smoking and non smoking area are in the same room where starb*cks has the smoking area at the outside. Today (01-12-17_14.30), it is the bad experience get hangout here. me and my family who bring kids and other family in this place also bring kids feel irritating to young girls who smoking in the same room. When I asked the employee, he said that the smoking area is the same room but the smoke is still going to our place who bring kids. please kindly set the smoking area at the outside. not in the same place w/ non smoking area indoor. many thanks ade sebastian

::Mocktail and cocktail drinks on the menu mostly are unavailable when I visited, waiter said because all the tequila and black label drinks are all sold out. But I question whether they have license to sell any alcohol at all. Wifi also doesn't work, have complained to two staffs but no response
