  Secara umum taman ini masih menyenangkan bagibwarga yang ingin menikmati taman di tengah perkotaan. Apalagi taman ini cukup luas, dan di belakangnya ada lapangan bola dan basket. Tapi sayangnya kurang terawat di beberapa fasilitas nya. Seperti sarana bermain untuk anak-anak seperti perosotan dan ayunan.

  all i remember that, this landscape used to be football stadium & also boarding athlete (Persija) & however they sold the land or returned the land (I'm not sure which one) to Pemprov DKI & been so many years this landscape was being abandoned then Pemprov DKI demolished the buildings & made it to what we called now, "Taman Menteng" futsal field, basketball court, volley court, green house etc. & I think Taman Menteng is the pioneer park in Jakarta. Do not get confused with "Taman Kodok" because the actual Taman Kodok is located behind Taman Menteng.

  Nice place for sit but need clean and mostly too much grab people sit and stare u like ur not allowed. Seats little for sit, cycling seller will disturb lot.. Not much fan..

  Nice place to relax. Mostly crowded by the youth. It has many places in its surroundings. Beautiful in the night

  Everyone can used facilities in Taman Menteng for free. Some unofficial merchant offer like coffee or cold drink. If you want a bottle of drink, there is a merchant near green building ( I dont know what building is ).
