  Only went here for therapy. It is still new the building. If you are with a cab or other way of uber. Just tell them it is near the golfclub. Many will know where this place is when you say that

  It was a pleasant experience with this hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us warmly. After checked in, we couldn’t find any bell boy to help us until we asked for one. And we arrived at 2/3 p.m not like late at night. The room is spacious and the bathroom also has a proper size. The downside is there’s no toilet shower which is such a dealbreaker for my mom and grandma. The breakfast choices are great and it tastes okay. When we waited to be picked up after breakfast, a lady greeted us and asked about our trip which won my mom’s heart. The hospitality sure will make my mom choose this hotel again IF ONLY there’s a toilet shower in it lol.

  Being a 3 star hotel, they will make you feel like a 5 star hotel. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. I personally felt the hotel staff went an extra mile to help their customers. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was their food. Most of the times the chicken they served was too stiff. But my overall experience at Swiss Belin Kemayoran was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
