  The room not clean and wifi is very slow. Not Recommend if you need to work while you stay in this hotel

  Very basic accommodation. The design is outdated, cleanliness can be upgraded. Small room, very small bed for twin bed room. Hot water isnt that hot.

  Good hotel with good rates and great location. The food on breakfast was awesome. Rooms clean and unique corridor

  Actually, this hotel is great value for money. Its cheap, comfortable and has a reasonable gym for fitness. Room maintenance seemed good. The breakfast has good variety but the taste is so-so. Will definitely be back if staying in Balikpapan on a budget.

  The hotel smells of cigarette. The towel provided by the hotel had this brownish stain and somehow it got initials written on it using pen so I assumed that the towel was mixed up with somebody's towel. The breakfast is located across the hotel so it is quite a hassle to actually have a breakfast there. Definitely won't stay here again.
