  Difficult to get through to the operator on the internal phone and room service took 40 mins to be delivered but otherwise a fairly pleasant hotel.

  Amazing hotel. We got a free upgrade to Business suite & these are the amazing views from my room. On one end, we can see Airport runway & on other end is the Sea with amazing Sunset view. I think this is the only best hotel in Sorong in terms of facilities and standard.

  The hotel really is fine with large clean rooms. The pool area is small and noisy with planes close overhead. Staff are wonderful. Location a bit out of town.

  Great location, great value for price, but slow check in. It was okay. Easy access woth public taxi/angkot. I like the hotel very much. They would put me in a smoking room where I supposed to get a non-smoking room. A lady names Gladys in a reception help me to get what I wanted. At the end I got a non smoking room. Excellent service.
