  This place has improved quite remarkably these past few years, now it's cleaner, safer and more modern.

  So far, they've been giving good service to the customers. The trains been arrived and departed on time, affordable tickets price and helpful staff. Since many people come here and go then the lobby is got to be cleaned and maintained regularly (the trains also of course).

  It's the most important train station in North Sumatra... but it does not really look like it. I wish they had upgrade the place and the services!

  Clean and tidy railway station. Strategically located in front of mall. One thing I don’t like is the seat inside the train. Have to face opposite way the train is heading to
