  The operators are mostly friendly. If you need to fill your motorcycle, you need all the patience you got for queueing, mostly its 30 meters long queueing. For cars, you don't need waiting too long, unless their having staff shortage (oftenly happens), then you need to wait the operators filling the several motorcycle first before fuelling your car up. Accept cash and debit only for payments. Mostly Pertamina petrol station aren't able to do credit card transactions. Haven't check the toilet, but lower your expectations for having a decent & clean toilets. The Premium is unavailable oftentimes. No diesel fuel are sold here.
