  Customer service is good, and massage was above average. Place is a little small, but cosy and atmosphere was good. However, communication can be slightly difficult as English is not their first language.

  I was there in Spa Central Batam like a month ago. And I am returning with my sister n a close friend. The Spa is clean & neat. The masseur is experience. I must commend that the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend to try.

  I just love everything of spa central. From the place itself( clean n nice ambience ) the staff, I need not choose any particular masseur cos all of them are well trained n good. Service is good , truly make u feel at home. I have been there many times n recommend many of my friends there. A must try😀

  Cozy place. They did not just want our money, but try their best to make us feel relax & rejuvenated. Therapist did not ask for tips, but stil I give them to appreciate their work.
