::Excelent and executive hotel in tanjung karang. Cozy place with open swiming pool in the middle of hotel. Quite expensive but worth for it's comfort hotel rooms.😊😊😊

::A really nice place to stay moreover if you bring kids in your stays. Everything is good except some staff (the front desk) need more training in giving details of information regarding our stay. I got twice false information from them at my stays.

::Bathroom amenities not complete. Only shower gel and shampoo. Doesnt have comb or hair dryer. We also have to ask for towel first. Not available when we first check in

::As far as I can see... It was a good renovation... Really turn the ambiance around... Similar work needed for the restaurant.... And some sales programs too.. Such a pity to have a large dining room filled with so few people... Keep it up Sheraton... 👍👍👍
