::Nice baktjiang and good sate, but (subjectively) did not like the bakut sayur asin. I heard this is the original Ko Encung sate foodstall in Tangerang and this is the place that review on culinary show too.

::Tried the bacang or 肉粽. It's made with rice, instead of glutinous rice, typical of the Malaysia's version. As a result, downing this bacang will not leave you feeling too full to savor other dishes. The sop bakut or 肉骨汤 was flavorful, thanks to the pork bones & meat. In addition, there was salted vegetable in the soup, which lends a briny taste to help balance the fattiness from the pork. The highlight is sate babi or pork satay. Had the sate manis; it refers to meat skewers marinated in sweet dark soy sauce. End product: a plate of caramel-note, glistening, aromatic, sticky sauce caressing well-cooked meat skewer. A taste that I definitely will not forget.
