  Nice and comfort. Have tematic and spacious exhibition area like art and Ramadhan Fast fashion. Professional Hospitality Staffs. Firm security check.Have a buffet restaurant. Spacious Parking area. Good view. In the main street with two way traffics.

  Lokasi strategis,Pelayanan luar biasa dan ramah. hanya saja butuh upgrade dikit agar lebih modern dan tak kalah sama hotel lain dan saya agak kecewa trhadap saluran tv yg terbatas krna hak siar spreti contoh tdk bisa menonton Final liga champions.

  1. Penambahan selang di toilet sangat saya hargai di kamar standar, sebelumnya hanya ada di kamar pacific room. 2. Saluran TV perlu perbaikan karena bbrp kali ketika sdng ditonton tiba tiba hilang / tdk tersambung lagi, ini cukup mengganggu.

  Cukup nyaman dan berada di pusat kota. Bila bersedia jalan ke belakang (memutar), akan masuk pusat keramaian. Atau disebelahnya, ada pusat kuliner dan mcd/starbuck. Sayang, untuk keluar dari hotel, harus jalan dan bila masuk ke hotel sedikit naik. Ada baiknya pihak hotel menyiapkan sarana khusus pejalan kaki, mengingat lokasi yang bagus. Kalau soal harga, worth it lah.

  I would have rated my stay a 9 because the location, rates, service, room, amenities, club facilities are all very good. Of importance for me is a well appointed bathroom that works. My bathroom had a leak that left parts of the floor wet and slippery. The shower curtain was about 18 inches too long and lay across the bottom of the bathtub when in use. The shower, though quite new, was quirky. There is a lever on the wall left behind from an older shower system. I mistakenly moved the lever thinking it directs water to the shower head. It took a while before I figured out a knob on the faucet should be used. Little things that marred an otherwise excellent stay!
