  Penataan lounge nya cukup bagus, menu yang ditawarkan juga bervariasi, hanya AC di lounge ini tidak begitu terasa, lebih dingin di ruang tunggu, pegawainya cenderung cuek, berbeda dengan lounge bandara lainnya yang pernah saya kunjungi

  Pelayan nya bodoh! Saya bayar pake cc tergesek 2x,lalu sy hub sampai skr mreka gk jawab tlp nyah,jangan ke Saphire lagi pelayan nya cuek jg,lalu wifi mati payah bgt!

  Sapphire lounge at Terminal 3 is not good. Small. Bad food.

  Small cozy place. Cold food (only fried rice, kwetiauw, stir fried veggies, all cold). No other food. Drinks are self served soft drink in the fridge & hot water for tea. Tv is the only entertainment, and free wifi. Was informed that staff will do the check-in & immigration for us. End up do everything like regular passanger. Wont come back even if its free. I dont recommend this place

  Disgusting lounge. Too small for comfort, staff was barely there. Food ranged from barely edible to outright vomit inducing, cleanliness and hygiene were questionable as cutleries appeared to have not been washed. Hell they couldn't even make lemon tea properly. Would not go in again even if I was paid.
