  Like every gadget some times they break down. The staff here are amazing, the new renovations look great but it still feels a little sterile. They have maybe 8 desks but there are never more than 3 staff actually serving. There is a small accessories counter that has a limited stock of cases etc.

  Queing time quiet long. Though many counters available but normally only 3 counters open/available

  Very good and strategic location for service center. But need more staff during peak bussiness hour to anticipate long customer queu.
