  A quiet comfortable hospital for in patient and outpatient. There is mall across the hospital, cafetaria in 2nd floor, and also several F&B stalls in 1st floor (DUM-DUM & Juice). A lot of parking space, clean hospital and well hospitality. Great experiences here. Maternity services were great.

  Staying overnight here 2 times and too many day care treatments! What's consistence and always satisfying is their hospital services (doctor, nurse, admin, insurance, parking, drink server) are all perfect. When i visited other hospital (grha ke**ya), i realised more and more that even though RSPI Puri Indah is older, it's the service that really make the difference and that's why I will never go to other hospital again!

  Good and helpful staffs. Nice, clean and tidy hospital. Food at the cafetaria surprisingly delicious and worth to try.

  Good services. Fast response. I was hospitalised here for couple days, all of the staff are really helpful. Also, their meal are nice, the menu is various and tasty. The room is clean. Toilet is cleaned up 3x a day.

  Visiting & accompanying inpatient client (surgical). Luckily this hospital got small drinks counters as I need to get some coffee shot --> Dum Dum Thai Coffee while waiting for the operating time. Doctors, Nurses, Staffs are helpful, polite, resourceful.
