  mid-town community hall. good concept of community funding initiative to make this private hall commercial.. access is challanging (narrow roads, many corners, unavoidable market), parking space are limitted, ACs are poor. Good things are: there's this parking warden, a mid-aged man, with wide smile and gentle greetings ALL THE TIME ignoring the high noon heat and cars parking rapidly.. God bless you sir.
