  Indonesian-style nighttime cafe/diner offering local fare, such as grilled sandwiches (ropang), instant noodles cooked in many ways (salted egg sauce highly recommended), and sate taichan (grilled chicken skewers w chilli sauce). Local favorite despite open-air with no air conditioning.

  Ropang Yuk is great place for a casual hangout. Ropang Yuk offers various of foods, you can get plenty selections of Roti Panggang (Toast Bread), Fried Rice, Indomie, Sate Taichan (Taichan's Style Chicken Skewers), Gulai (Indonesian's Style Curry) and a lot more. Their Sate Taichan is one of the favorites. Ropang Yuk opens in the evening until midnight, and they closed on every Tuesday. This place is instantly became one of the favorite place to hang out as they offers great foods with areasonable price. But then you should prepare for the mosquitoes invasion.

  Sate taichan here used to be one of the best in Jakarta barat. But it's getting worse now.

  The service is not good. Maybe it only happened to me. But they keep delivering the other table's order to my table.
