::Worst experience ever, my mom went there for a haircut, And the hairstylist washed my mother's hair then left her for more than 1 hour without any attempt to dry her hair. And then never ask or say anything until my mother cant wait no longer. Imagine 1 hour with your long hair wet in a cold room and left there without any concern from the hairstylist. FyI : there was only 2 customer there, my mother & 1 person. And they couldn't even handle 2 customer only. And yes, after they say sorry more than 5x, they still ask my mother to pay 50k IDR.
