  Overall nice, but my aunt lost her wedding ring during the wash and scrub with one of the wash ladies. The ring was loose so she did not feel anything when she lost it. fyi she didn’t remove the ring. Her wash lady really convinced and thought that my aunt lost it in the sauna room and told the other ladies to check the bathrooms and elsewhere. My aunt tried to check her surroundings and the lady too (at the wash and scrub place) but her wash lady insisted that there wasn’t any ring and she didn’t see her wearing it. Logically, if the lady were innocent, she would be glad and suggest my aunt to check her( the lady) and not keep insisting that she lost it beforehand . In the end, the ring was not found. We were told to check the cctv but the receptionist said that we couldn’t see it without the boss. Unfortunately, she went out then the receptionist gave us her number which is now unreachable. I don’t know if there is a plot behind this event because the maids talked behind our backs that my aunt was not responsible. Obviously, we just wanted to ask help to find the ring, not accusing someone. The ladies were not active enough in helping us to find the ring. I really hope that the boss contacts us as soon as possible.
