  Mbak Shinta was my first pilates instructor. She helped me a lot and constantly reminded me to stand / sit properly to maintain and improve my posture. She's very patient, dedicated, fun, but also strict; in a very good way.

  Just came by today and had a great pilates session with my trainer, Shinta. Not only I feel very peaceful with the personal space in the studio, i am very comfortable with the way Shinta thought me. I am so looking forward to my next session with her!!

  Pilates Z perfect is a perfect place to conduct pilates exercise for private or duet. Not only because the studio is nice and cozy, nor the equipments are quite complete (please dont call any studio without reformer as pilates studio!) but the instuctor, Shinta is very well-experienced. She will assist you to get the right pilates program suits with your needs. Another point: the studio has shower too! So you can get ready after the exercise.

  Tempatnya nyaman bgt, alat2nya pun lengkap. Ada tempat mandinya jg kl abis pilates ada acara jd bs lgs cuss...dan yg pasti guru pilatesnya jagoaann
