  I'd say that the place is quiet, good for spending time reading. But I kinda confused with the way the book arranged. Either by first or last name and not all is alphabetical in each row. Sometimes the air conditioner doesn't work properly so you might feel hot inside. In short, finding something here is like finding needle in haystack

  Many of books collection in here. This is a place of public service for someone who want to reading.
