  My 3 month old kitten died because the vet here misdiagnosed his illness. He had been vomiting constantly for 3 days every night and the vet said it must be worm. I wasn't sure about that since the breeder claimed that he had been given a dewormer tablet before I adopted him, but the vet assured me that it must be worm because the vomiting happened every night and worms are active in the night time. After that the vet gave me some kind of gastritis suspension like Polysilane / Mylanta (I don't know) and asked me to come again in 2 days to see the progress. Turns out his condition has gotten worse. His weight dropped from 700gram to 600 gram, and he doesn't even want to eat ANYTHING at this point, including his favorite snack and Nutri Plus Gel vitamin. I came here again, but instead of conducting a viral infection test, the vet gave me Herbafit, which seems like a joke because my kitten is SICK he needs MEDICINE not VITAMIN. Disappointed, I try another vet in Bekasi. His weight dropped by another 50 gram and turns out he was infected with panleukopenia, a virus that mainly attacks kitten. A vet should be familiar with this virus since it's very common. The new vet said that it's good I bring him right away because the infection is not really that bad he could have been saved. He's not. The dewormer tablet along with the gastritis suspension drastically lowers his immunity so he couldn't fight the virus. Kucing berumur 3 bulan saya mati karena dokter hewan di sini salah mendiagnosis penyakitnya. Dia telah muntah terus-menerus selama 3 hari setiap malam dan dokter hewan mengatakan bahwa itu pasti cacing. Saya tidak yakin tentang hal itu karena breeder kucing saya mengatakan bahwa kucing saya telah diberi obat cacing sebelum saya mengadopsinya, namun dokter hewan tersebut meyakinkan saya bahwa itu pasti cacing karena muntah terjadi setiap malam dan cacing aktif di malam hari. Setelah itu, dokter hewan memberi saya semacam obat lambung seperti Polysilane / Mylanta (saya tidak tahu) dan meminta saya untuk datang lagi dalam 2 hari untuk melihat kemajuannya. Ternyata kondisinya semakin memburuk. Bobotnya turun dari 700gram menjadi 600 gram, dan dia bahkan tidak mau makan APAPUN saat itu, termasuk makanan ringan favoritnya dan vitamin Nutri Plus Gel. Saya datang ke sini lagi, tapi alih-alih melakukan tes infeksi virus, dokter hewan memberi saya Herbafit, yang sepertinya lelucon karena anak kucing saya SAKIT dia butuh OBAT bukan VITAMIN. Kecewa, saya coba dokter hewan lain di Bekasi. Bobotnya turun lagi 50 gram dan ternyata dia terinfeksi panleukopenia, virus yang umumnya menyerang anak kucing. Saya rasa dokter hewan yang baik seharusnya familiar dengan virus ini. Dokter hewan yang baru mengatakan saya belum terlambat membawanya karena infeksi virusnya belum parah dan masih ada kemungkinan untuk selamat. Tetapi tidak, kenyataannya kucing saya tidak dapat diselamatkan. Obat cacing dan obat lambung yang diberikan bersamaan secara drastis menurunkan kekebalannya sehingga ia tidak dapat melawan virus tersebut.

  Paws & Claws vet clinic tebet timur, met this skinny male doctor there today, he treat my cat as if she's a filthy vicious cats and the way he touch he clearly shows he don't like animals l Totally not recommended, disrespectful to animals and the owner, totally dirty pet hotel, their only stand point they open very early in the morning. This will be my first and last experience. if u love ur babies never step a foot into this clinic
