  Serene here because not so many tenants.food court not operation yet altough equipment of foodcourt is ready. management building and apartment merge in one building..located at Pasar Baru near gang kelinci and not far from Juanda railway station.

  Great place, modern and posh in Pasar Baru area. Still under improvement, and businesses has yet to open. Strategically located, need further finesse to attract tenant and visitors

  New apartment connected to Grand Orange hotel, some places are still under construction including the lobby area. No door to the balcony, only small window...too bad. No cable tv, even local channels are not accessible. Still very few people live here.

  Shopping area used to be open for a few months back in 2015-2016? but now closed (2017) Maybe it will reopen when there's more occupancy (apartments).
