  Not a very safety conscious Hotel. There are sharp crack on the bed side lamp and the button to get it on its in below of the lamp. Because of very dark I open the light and accidentally cut my hand with that sharp crack.. Management need to fix this.. simple but don't take this lightly.. GUEST SAFETY is PRIORITY!!!!!! EMPLOYEE SAFETY is PRIORITY!!! FACILITY SAFETY is a MUST!!!!

  Beautiful hotel and staff very nice and really helpful... I recommend to every body looking for a hotel near to the Jakarta Airport!!!! Kind Regards to our young sweet friend Ben that was so helpful in taking care of us!!! We really love him!!!! Anyway thank you to all staff ❤️
