  Polite staffs, from security to cashier. Various Japanese fast food, even sushi, Japanese snacks etc. You get free parking in Bumi Mas Apartment right next to Papaya and it's quite spacious. The traffic outside can be tricky, during rush hour (after work hours) usually packed, sometimes in odd hours like 10:30-11:00AM. Better check Google maps or Waze first.

  It's a small groceries store but compact with fresh fruits and meat. They always have discount for meat and fish after 7 pm so their products guaranteed for freshness. They sell a lot of japanese and korean products and also selling food on the food counter so you can buy and reheat the food yourself.

  Top quality produce but rather expensive. Why sell lot brands of beer but forbid clients to consume? They should refrain from selling them altogether!

  Come around 7 PM to get 50% discount on their food sections. The 50 % discount for breads starts at 8 PM
