  WARNING: This is my experience about their europe tour NOT umrah or hajj. . I got reward from our company tigaraksa to go to europe tour held by paksi. and this is my honest review based on my personal opinion. . i go with my wife, and europe is very unforgettable moment, but this tour travel is not good at all, . 🚫 at prepatarion in whatsapp group they are slow respon, and very seldom answer member question 🚫 they lost our photo and we must photo again in visa office 🚫 the staff is old and not helpfull, they send 2 staff tour leader but the staff is not experienced enough about europe and they are old, group is consist of mother with children. all over the procees they are not helpfull 🚫 food is not on time, some tour member get sick because of this. but they have some psitive ✅ they responsible about my lost photo and pay the cost (after we ask to them) ✅ they choose very good partner in europe, mr. yasin is our tour leader, he can speak indonesia and its very positive and help this trip. . this is my personal and honest opinion, . LTDR: Its awfull experience i do not recommended them to anyone...
