::Very disappointed on the services and not professional at all in responding to customer needs. They were arguing over just a single towel as my first towel get really wet and expecting to get another towel but they dont allow me. Again, with being a membership there for more than a year but it is just too silly fighting over a single towel. Seriously, I can HARDLY understand the situation.
