  Omni Medical Center Hospital is the hospital where my children were born. But first the name of this hospital is Ongkomulyo Medical Center. My two children were born (1998 and 2000) in this hospital, but the name of the hospital is still named Ongkomulyo, and my third child was born, in 2003, the name of the hospital has changed to Omni.

  Accepting my grandma as a patient after she fell and broke her leg. We all know (both hospital staff and my family) that my grandma need to stay at the hospital for a few days before we even did some test and xray. After hours of waiting for paperworks and xray results, a nurse came and said that they don't have any rooms at all and gave us the bill. They should've told us this before we even entered the hospital so we can redirect the ambulance to another hospital. My grandmother was in pain and they just doesn't even seems to care.

  The service was a bit slow for new patient, they use manual, we should write all of our data. The administration didn't explain their rules, I didn't sign a form. They used my address on ID card even though I already write the correct one there. They just doesn't care unless I change it for sure maybe... The cashier really slow and sometimes they inform the wrong fees. Should double check the invoice. 1 administrator was having heavy cough, why should she still stay there? Just replace her immediately! What's wrong with you guys?! The doctor apparently didn't know my hipoglycemia while I choose a specialist of my illness. The lab have great service, the result took longer time than expected because not all services they have, they send out samples to other lab. Very expensive. Make sure to bring enough money. Many various delicious food outside. The food court wasn't open at night and no one seems to have a clue and inform me about that. Why?

  1. Parking space is so little, but you can ask for valet service(free) 2. The customer registration was fast 3. The doctor and nurse was friendly 4. For payment , took a lot of time for your name to be called 5. Even get your medicine would take more than 45 minutes after you paid the bill.
