  Paying cash? Service is good and they can take care of you. Using BPJS for the same problem? Doctor shows up late and is quick to hand you off to some other hospital. Details: got checked out at Omni by paying cash for diagnosis since it was much quicker than going through usual BPJS route. Doctor we saw was aware of all health issues and said they could take care of the health issue (140juta~) The Dr and staff were nice at Omni. Went to RSU tangerang to go through BPJS process to see where BPJS could take care of the health problem. They said 2-3 month wait for operation there or we can get a referral to elsewhere (Awal Bros or Omni) where there should be a shorter wait. We decided Omni. BPJS at Omni was a long wait, then the for was an hour late and the doctor said they could not take care of the health issue and was quite rude and wasn't explaining or responding properly to questions. He was quite quick to refer to another hospital and said RSU Tangerang could not do the operation (which is not what RSU had said). I'm disappointed.

  Inefficient hospital - the waiting time for medicine is too long. Maybe they need to consider hire more pharmacist. The prescription is key in manually by one pharmacist which is not efficient at all.
