  very very very bad service... no wonder why people chose jne and tiki over pos indonesia... it has been 3 weeks that my package reached according the tracking system, it is also indicated that Posindonesia tried to deliver it but failed. When I checked my residence security CCTV nobody from Posindonesia ever showed up at the supposetly delivery date. when i call them they simply dont bother to answer the phone. i tried alnost 100x to call but nobody ever replies

  Typical Indonesian administration office. The staffs took their time to do even the simplest thing. Very little sense of professionalism or moral obligation to serve the people. You come, you go and you forget anything that happened there.

  Friendly staff. Just hope they finaly answer the phone i tried for like 3 days and no answer at all.

  I don't have much experience with post office but I once visited this office to retrieve money from western union and didn't have any problem. The security guard was helpful. The office got the job done. But they could have shown some smile, though. They didn't smile to me.
