  I never really enjoyed hospital visit at all but to be honest, MRCCC is the only exception so far. The staff were nice and the hospital was super clean. I was visiting a friend here and was very fond of the view from the 17th floor. Didn’t want to miss the chance so I took a photo of jakarta highway in the evening.

  Parking system sucks!! Dapat free parking daily for 6hrs but got to que up for at leat 15 minutes, what a waste of time....

  Security at ICU, she is very very RUDE, I no need to tell who is she, because she is very famous among the patients family because her attitude and also co worker, she feels like she never have family ill and going to ICU. Our family is one of the patients and at dying situation. No cooperate and no understanding at all but now my family pass away already. I want to share this so the management could do something and protect the patients family. Day by day we had to pay a lot of money, how come the big hospital like siloam could forget to do the action, the tracestomy got delay 3days and the doctor said forget?? Is it the regulations or only milking the money from the patients? One of the the doctor (they said one of the best doctor) is very difficult to reach, I know it might be busy, but at least reply or respond the text.... We got nothing.
