  Bought a xiaomi powerbank, customer service are poor, employees looks lazy to serve customers, phone alarm keeps ringing all the time

  Came here 2 times. The SPB on my first visit is friendly and helping. The second visit isn't as good as the first, the SPB didn't even smile and felt uninterested on explaining anything.

  Bad service from the employees. Can not explain clearly about the products. The alarm at the store keeps on ringing and nobody can stop it. Very bad experience

  Finally a dedicated store for Xiaomi in North Jakarta. The store is crowded even at weekdays, so I think they are lacking of staffs here. Need to place more staffs so that customers don't have to queue for quite a long time. I've bought a screen protector for Xiaomi A1 but now I feel disappointed because the size doesn't fully cover the screen; there are about 3 mm gap on all edges of the screen.
