::Pros: A lot of various instruments to choose from. Many great designs and some original guitars Cons: A lot of their guitar accessories are expensive. I wanted to buy a pair of guitar strap pins and it was Rp.240.000. It is very expensive. Some straps cost Rp.550.000.

::Really bad customer service. When they're out of stock here and I asked them to call another branch of MG, to ask for stock in the other branch, they told me to call by myself. Don't ever go here, better go to the branch at Panglima Polim, the staffs are better, more friendly and polite.

Some of my instruments at home were also bought here.. as long as you're seriously interested in buying the products that they offer, the staff will help you in anyway they can.. If you're a window shopper and only intended to try their instruments without buying any of it, don't expect any services..
