  Hotelnya lumayan bagus, akses masuknya lewat duta mall bisa, sampingan sama duta mall. Lobinya besar. Pelayanannya cukup baik.

  One of the best hotel in Banjarmasin. The location is exactly above Duta Mall, the biggest shopping center in town.

  the room is clean, comfy, need more cool temperature in the room, the food need to be fill more at breakfast hour

  The hotel was not as I am expected. Im not happy because 1. The hotel not accept American Express. I am expected Accor hotel must have all this payment facility. 2. I have problem with my ATM card and ask the hotel to pay first my taxi fares and charge back to my credit card. Unfortunately, they don’t want to help me. 3. The hotel also dont want to help me to change my money from Ringgit Malaysia to IDR, in order to help me to pay the taxi. I am travel around the world. This hotel is worst..!!

  The room quite nice, nice pool, the food taste is standard. But, the internet connection quality should be improved.
