  excellent service, friendly and informative service advisor, proper waiting lounge with snacks and beverage BUT waiting list for booking is about 1-2weeks (way too long for an authorized dealership)

  My 2014 Mazda Biante has a knocking sound while turning on the tie-rod or wheel axle which if you google it is a prevalent problem worldwide. My issues started in 2015 which I complained to this service centre which went unheeded for the next few periodic services. As of last year when the knocking got much louder, they finally acknowledge the problem but I was told they would charge me Rp25 million or so for parts cause the warranty period had expired. It feels to me like a blatant rip off to finally acknowledge the problem by exhausting my warranty period. Mazda bosses if you are reading this, please man up to the issue, everyone I know who has a Mazda has this problem which obviously means its a factory defect. Why arent there global recal to fix this issue Also, dont get me started on the whole istop system which to me is a sham cause it basically needs me to replace my battery every year uaing the more expensive istop system. Shame on you Mazda!!
