  Pros: 1. Strategic. Hospital, hotels, golf course, shopping area, culinary places, markets, all around 1 kilometer. 2. Cool place. The floor even colder due to all-marble floor surface. 3. Fresh air all around. Almost 90% sorrounding area are trees and vegetations. Cons: 1. Still unfinished. Been around 2 years. 2. Small parking space. When Jum'at pray held, cars are scattered even on road side/shoulder. 3. When raining, the rain could reach the inner floor.
