  Clean and chic room. Service was great. Affordable place in Kemang area. But one thing to keep in mind, the noise vibration from the bar upstairs quite annoying.

  Saya memesan kamar melalui traveloka dengan pilihan breakfast included. Sesampainya di area breakfast yg berada di lantai paling atas, pegawai hotel bilang kalau kamar pesanan kita ga termasuk breakfast dan menyuruh langsung konfirmasi ke reception. Sampai di reception, langsung saya perlihatkan bukti pesanan saya lewat traveloka. Dia bilang kalau data yg masuk ke mereka ga termasuk breakfast dan mereka dapat order bukan dari traveloka tapi expedia atau entah apalah itu. Saya minta dia telepon siapa lah yg berwenang kenapa sampai ada seperti ini. Masalahnya memang sebelum saya pesan, saya baca review dulu dan iya banyak yang seperti saya. Dia awalnya ga mau telepon dan menyuruh saya untuk silahkan saja ambil breakfast tapi dengan pandangan merendahkan. Lah, saya kan bayar bukan mengemis. Saya tunggu terus didepan reception akhirnya dia utak utek depan komputer lalu telepon pihak traveloka. Traveloka bilang memang pesanan saya include breakfast. Disini dia gemetar dan malu. Keliatan banget selama kerja disini dia ga bisa handle complain. Kamar pengap, ac berisik dan..... panas. The room smells weird, kasur terlihat bersih tapi terasa kotor. Butuh renov total.

  Tempatnya nyaman, dan pemandangan kota disini juga lumayan bagus, sound sistem baik, dan ada live DJ saat event, cuma disarankan untuk menggunakan baju yang agak hangat karena sangat dingin disini 😂

  Bersih, rapi, dingin, tapi agak sempit. Cuma 1 lift yg berfungsi jadi harus lama nungguin lift. Gak ada lemari pakaian. Variasi makanan kurang..

  I didn't like my stay here. Stayed on a weekend. Check-in process took a while because there was only 1 staff on duty and he had to multitask. When I got to my room at around 6.30pm, I wanted to immediately take a shower but there was no towel in the bathroom. I called Housekeping and she said there were no dry towels available. How on earth?? She asked me to wait for a while and I asked how long, she said I should wait until 8pm. I said I couldn't wait that long because I had to go out at 7pm and she said she should ask her supervisor first. I ended up having to dry myself with my t-shirt and the towels were finally delivered to the room at 6.45pm. And while the bed was comfortable and all, I couldn't really sleep here due to the noise from a bar (not sure if it was their bar or another bar). The loud music went on until 3 in the morning. It was SO LOUD that the windows was trembling. The remixed songs were bad enough and the MC made it worse by singing along to them (and he didn't sing well). There were drunk teenagers shouting at each other and giggling in the hallway, I had to personally tell them to shut up, but they didn't shut up. I was very grumpy because I just wanted to rest. In the morning there was a person singing her heart out in the hallway. Wow.
