  Lokasinya termasuk mudah dicari. Kl ingin pesan bunga, better jangan langsung datang pas hari-H.. pasti kecewa.. kr butuh waktu tunggu lebih dari 1 setengah jam kurang lebih.. dan jika mobil delivery sudah jalan, untuk delivery sudah tidak bisa lagi.. jadi terpaksa bunganya mesti self-delivery.. Saran saya, better kl mau pesan bunga di tempat ini.. pesan dari beberapa hari sebelumnya. Mengenai harga, tergolong di atas rata2 (maklum, mengingat lokasinya yang di tengah2 pemukiman menengah ke atas). Tp sangat disayangkan, kualitas bunganya sangat jauh berbeda dari yang dipajang di gallery foto.. (mawar merahnya kecil2.. sedangkan kl di foto besar2..), dan dekorasinya juga bisa berbeda hasil akhirnya dengan di foto.. (jika di foto untaian pita berwarna merah, hasilnya bisa pink??). Sangat disayangkan.. kr kebetulan saya memesan bunga ulang tahun untuk client, bukan bunga valentine.. dan pita pink yang tidak sesuai dengan di foto tsb, juga tidak bisa diganti??? Selama proses perangkaian pun, customer tidak diperkenankan melihat. Diminta menunggu di kursi besar di tengah2 ruangan. Kl sudah selesai, baru dipanggil petugas.. dan bunga sudah ada di meja. Untuk pelayanan pun tidak tergolong ramah. Kedua petugas yang melayani tanpa senyum.. malah yang seorang sambil buka2 hp dan sembari makan?!? Dan better bayar cash di tempat ini, kr kl bayar dengan kartu kredit, kena charge..

  Expensive- fake looking plastic flowers. Some are beautiful but need a higher budget, not a recomended place for mass decor.

  I order from USA and arangements are perfect and fresh every time. The value is great and they accept PayPal which is a plus.

  I ordered a bouquet of flowers here for my Mom's birthday and was very disappointed with the service and quality. First of all, I wanted the flower to be delivered before 10am, since I wanted to make an early surprise. But they can’t since they open at 10 am. On the delivery day, I waited until 11 am but I didn't hear anything from the person whom I sent the flower to. I Whatssapd the admin to make sure that my flowers were out for delivery. Turned out they haven't sent it because the balloons in the bouquet were deflated. It took them 2 hours to fix this issue. The flowers then arrived at 2pm, which is very late in my opinion. Though the bouquet itself was huge and beautiful, the next day my Mom told me that the flowers were starting to wither. On the third day, the balloons were all deflated. She was only happy for day one since she received it but got disappointed because it didn't last for 3 days. I have never been this disappointed with a florist before. Will never come back!!

  I order bouquet for mom birthday :) The Flower very very beautiful... my mom love it so much. The arrangement very exclusive and beautiful. The flower very long lasting it almost 1 week and still looks pretty. For sure will buy from this shop again and again. The best florist in Jakarta town
