  Nginep disini pas lg ad event di ice, mayan jg kl naik mbl dr aeon, tp yg ptg ga macet ( lamaan keluar dr icenya -_- ) Cari2 dr rekomen temen, kos yg ga ribet secara butuh cpt, boljug lha ini. harga pas, bersih, mlm tidur ga berisik, aman ad cctv, portal sm satpam, deket alfa sm makanan2 😀. Ane nginep 3 mlm, tiap pagi yg pny kynya ngontrol. 👍 Btw, kamsia bro. ps : korek u kebawa gw haha 😆

  The place is located near to Aeon Mall makes this place easily found during my stay on BBW event. We can choose different type of rooms and luckily we got a spacious and clean one! Other than that they have parking lot area and provide hot water as part of their services, with the price that they charged us I am extremely happy!!! The only thing, I hope they could be more flexible with the check out time, they apply strict time for us to leave the property and also they do not provide breakfast service. However this is a recommended place to stay around the area.

  I stayed a week in the place, as it was located very near to Eka Hospital. The access are good, internet is available, room was clean, the staff was nice, and there're food vendors near the place.

  pengalaman saya menginap dari tanggal 11 s.d 14 Mei 2017 cukup baik. Dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau namun dapat kualitas kamar yang nyaman dan bersih. lokasi kosan mudah di akses. dekat dengan tempat makan (ada pasar modern yang banyak makanan enak) dan Mall. Recommended! Saya banyak nanya tentang daerah BSD ke pemilik kosan, dijawab dengan informatif.

  Kami menemukan tempat ini berdasarkan rekomendasi kerabat saat mencari tempat bermalam yang bagus dgn harga kompetitif. Kamarnya bersih, aman dan akses menuju restoran (pujasera) mudah. Fasilitasnya tempat parkir, WIFI, AC dan water heater. Waktu itu kami check in saat malam dan untungnya kami dibantu dengan sangat baik. Semoga ke depannya bisa segera menerima pembayaran via kartu kredit atau debit ya. Salam.
