  If I can give zero star, I definitely would. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I don't live in Jakarta and I didn't have the chance to take a look at the kost in person, so I made the deal via internet. I told his employee that I would stay for a month, and she said the total price is 2,1 mil with a deposit of 2 mil. I agreed to that and paid the deposit. Once I checked in to the kost, another employee told me to pay another 250k cause I only stay for a month, he said it's the policy. And then I told the owner via telephone that his employee did not give me such info. He yelled at me and told me that it is the rules, if I don't like it then I can leave. I was so surprised as he was VERY RUDE. He also has tons of rules with ridiculous amount of fines that were not disclosed to me prior to the agreement made through internet (and according to his employee himself, the owner prohibit the employee to disclose the rules before sealing the deal). So, in order to avoid troubles, I would definitely recommend to NOT stay at this kost.

  A good place in a small neighborhood. Have a good chance to put a sleep. With a little more price of course

  This is the best kos in Kebon Kacang area that near Menara BCA or The Plaza. This is my favorite kos to stay while work in Menara BCA. Very comfortable room with moderate price. The price per month is 2,100,000 IDR but you will get a super facilities an services. The facilities are individual bathroom, air conditioner (AC), digital cable TV (First Media), internet wifi (Fastnet), one sharing refrigerator + water dispenser, free daily laundry and free daily room cleaning service. The price is already included with electricity and water.
