  Call center is horrible, they’re swiping you away for having an appointment. They can’t suggest anything rather than saying ‘oh the doctor’s appointment is full’ for like every doctor (telling you to just go away, they don’t even tell when the doctor is available) They don’t try to suggest other options either, making kmn sounded so snobbish. I forget to ask her name but you should fire her

  Great customer service (better than JEC), great doctors (Dr Hadi is famous), but long wait (around 1.5 hours) even when you already booked yours days ahead. That's how famous they are.
