  free coffee/tea/mineral & brownies. nice bus with captai seat, good perform shore staff & driver. but minus personal lamp on car

  This service was perfect for getting us to Bandung from Jakarta when there were no train tickets available. The ride in the van is comfortable and smooth and went by quick. When we departed Jakarta we were served complimentary coffee and a brownie before our departure which was really nice. I even left my tablet in the van after we arrived and was blown away that they actually had it waiting for me at the front desk when I came back looking for it! My only critique is that when you are booking online, the website only allows Indonesian credit cards to be used. Which pretty much eliminates the ability for tourists and foreigners to use the online booking service. We had to have our hotel call and make a reservation and then pay when we got there, which is more trouble than if we could just do it ourselves. Overall, I was impressed with the service he would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to make the trip between the two cities.

  One of the best travel so far! The waiting area is also a cafe where you can order beverages and food. They give you free coffee/tea and a muffin/brownies for each ticket. The price is above average, and is quite pricey, but I think you get what you pay for: comfort, spacious leg room, nice captain seat, and the staff hospitality is absolutely amazing!
